Bi-Facil is a solid choice for an eye makeup remover. It does the job well, but I have to use a bit more than I'd expect to remove all my makeup.

Applying it is a breeze. Just a few shakes to activate the formula, saturate a cotton round, and hold it over the closed eye for a few seconds. Then, with a gentle swipe, the makeup is gone. I also love the pro tip of using it with a cotton swab to correct makeup mistakes during application.
