How to Apply
1. Apply Cils Booster XL from roots to tips of eyelashes, but, do not wait until dry before coating lashes with mascara
2. Next, apply Le 8 Hypnôse mascara, using the 8-shaped side to build plush lashes and volume. Use the flat side to sculpt and lift lashes. Layer as desired to achieve volumized lashes.
