    1. For amplified lash results, prep with Cils Booster XL Eyelash Primer
    2. Layer as desired to achieve 12x the volume (from bare lashes) and intense black pigment.

    I have been using the Monsieur Big Waterproof Volume Mascara for several weeks now, and I am extremely impressed. The first thing that caught my attention was the brush. The wavy fiber bristles are truly effective in building volume quickly. With just a few coats, my lashes look dramatically fuller and longer, almost as if I'm wearing false lashes. The formula is also outstanding. It is waterproof as promised, and I have worn it through rainy days and even a swim, and it did not budge or smudge at all. The ultra-black pigments give a very intense and bold look to my eyes, which I absolutely love.
